JOB SUMMARY:  Leads the development and execution of client deal strategies across multiple business units in conjunction with the field. Partners with Growth (Sales), ISL (Product), Legal/Contracts, Operations, and Finance to execute pricing strategies, ensure pricing integrity, deal quality, and scalable support for commercial deals. Responsible for leading the recurring revenue transformation across all Claritev products and client pricing to create pricing based on value, market trends, competitors, and underlying cost structures. Leveraging data and analytics to assess customer pricing, product and client segmentation, revenue, and profit.

 

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement pricing strategies into deal process for new and existing products.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input on non-standard deal terms.
  • Support pricing and compliance standards aligned with commercial policy.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for sales leadership, analyzing deal economics, optimizing pricing structures and client strategies.
  • Oversee complex contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition policies and go to market strategies.
  • Drive continuous process improvements for deal structuring and contract management using tools like Salesforce and (future) CPQ systems.
  • Monitor non-standard deal performance through metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

 

JOB SCOPE:

Under the direction of the AVP of Deal Desk, responsible for overseeing pricing strategies for non-standard deal structuring and sales enablement processes to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency through pricing execution. Works as a partner to Sales and Sales Operations and cross-functionally with Finance, Contracts/Legal, GM teams and Product to ensure adherence to strategies while optimizing non-standard deals and processes.

 
 
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120k-$130k. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
Preferred Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years+) in $1B+ organizations in pricing and deal management, preferably in Healthcare/Health tech, or technology companies with an underlying skill set in SaaS, DaaS, etc. pricing constructs.
  • Deep understanding of pricing models, deal profitability and financial metrics of complex deals.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Plus
  • Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) a plus
  • Proficiency in pricing software/CPQ and tools.
