Lead design and delivery of end-to-end revenue cycle solutions (patient access, coding, billing, claims, AR). Drive program planning and go-live readiness, translate business needs into compliant system designs, guide EHR and financial system integrations, support testing and stabilization, ensure payer/regulatory compliance, mentor team members, and identify process improvements to optimize performance.

The Dispute Resolution Specialist II manages arbitration cases, evaluates disputes, drafts persuasive briefs, and coordinates information for Independent Dispute Resolutions while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
