Manager, Data&Digital

We are looking for Manager, Data & Digital for Business Unit Energy to enable data-driven decision-making and digital transformation.

The position can be located in Helsinki or Stockholm, or in one of the Stora Enso mill sites in Finland or Sweden.

As Manager, Data & Digital, your responsibilities include

• Developing AI and data analytics capabilities
• Managing energy reporting and insights
• Administering systems related to energy (e.g. EMS)
• Driving digital tools and data integration

Who are we looking for?

In order to be successful in this role we expect you to have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Relevant experience in the field of data science, IT-systems and AI
• Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility, initiative and the ability to be a process owner
• Established professional network and/or strong networking capabilities
• Capability to utilize data and develop AI-powered tools
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory; Finnish or Swedish is a benefit

In addition, BU Energy is also responsible for supervision of interests concerning energy issues such as energy efficiency, EU’s emissions trading scheme (ETS), and participates in energy sustainability and energy innovation work inside Stora Enso.
