We are looking for an active team player, to enable enterprise-wide visibility, accuracy, and analytical insights across the supply chain by consolidating divisional data, managing digital tools, and running advanced analytics. The role supports strategic and operational decision-making through governance of data systems, performance dashboards, and intelligence frameworks spanning procurement, logistics, sustainability, and supplier ecosystems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Digital infrastructure management, ensuring integration and adoption of analytics tools, dashboards, and databases across supply chain functions.
  • Maintain data governance frameworks and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in supply chain reporting.
  • Manage and update enterprise-level material master data and spend cube, ensuring accurate categorization, pricing, and usage tracking.
  • Run advanced analytics to generate actionable insights for cost optimization, sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market intelligence analytics, tracking key input indices such as global yarn prices, freight costs, and commodity trends for sourcing teams.
  • Consolidate and benchmark KPIs across divisions, enabling enterprise-level comparison and reporting (e.g., Supplier Scorecards, Procurement KPIs).
  • Support design and automation of performance dashboards to improve visibility on cost, lead time, sustainability, and logistics metrics.
  • Consolidate and validate divisional data inputs for enterprise supply chain reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate data definitions.
  • Partner with category, procurement, and logistics teams to translate business requirements into data models and decision-support insights.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects, such as category strategy reviews, supplier rationalization, and cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Track and report on enterprise-level supply chain performance, highlighting risks, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports and insights on spend, supplier performance, and material price movements to support strategic sourcing and procurement planning.
  • Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to maintain analytical systems, support upgrades, and ensure user adoption across functions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analyses (e.g., cost trends, supplier reliability, regional sourcing mix) to inform enterprise decision-making.
  • Support benchmarking exercises across divisions by consolidating, normalizing, and analyzing divisional performance data.
  • Monitor market data (e.g., commodity indices, trade trends) to assist in developing category-level market intelligence.
  • Ensure strict compliance with data governance protocols and enterprise data quality standards.
  • Ensure that data governance frameworks and controls in place are adhered, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in supply chain reporting.
  • Run advanced analytics to generate actionable insights for cost optimization, sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct supply chain market intelligence analytics, tracking key input indices such as global yarn prices, freight costs, and commodity trends for sourcing teams.
  • Consolidate and benchmark supply chain KPIs across divisions, enabling comparisons and reporting (e.g., Supplier Scorecards, Procurement KPIs).
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects, such as category strategy reviews, supplier rationalization, and cost-to-serve analysis.

  • Conduct ad-hoc data analyses (e.g., cost trends, supplier reliability, regional sourcing mix) to inform enterprise decision-making.
  • Monitor supply chain market drivers (e.g., commodity indices, trade trends) to assist in developing category-level market intelligence.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, Engineering or Business Administration
  • 6+ years’ experience in analytics, reporting, or data management within supply chain or manufacturing organizations.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and BI tools preferred. 
  • Exposure to large-scale data consolidation and performance benchmarking.


Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering or Business Administration
  • 6+ years' experience in analytics, reporting, or data management within supply chain or manufacturing organizations
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of BI tools
  • Exposure to large-scale data consolidation and performance benchmarking
