This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our Minneapolis office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days

Overview:

  • Responsible for developing, executing, and fostering a collaborative business partnership between Target and the assigned portfolio of brands: Colorsilk, Creme of Nature, Mitchum, Cutex, CND, Pro Revlon Haircare, and Fragrances. This role ensures delivery of volume, share, and profit objectives while contributing to the customer’s total category growth. Through a deep understanding of both customer and company objectives, the CBM develops a cohesive vision, strategy, and action plans to deliver agreed-upon business results. This role requires challenging the status quo, identifying new go-to-market opportunities, and building cross-functional support. Regular engagement across Target’s organization—including merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and finance is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute Long Range Planning and annual Joint Business Plans that incorporates company and customer timelines to ensure maximum execution and volume from joint efforts to include:

  • Develop relationship, joint business plans, and have regular contact with leaders and buyers at Target.
  •  Developing long-term, profitable, and sustainable growth across Revlon and Customers KPIs
  • Execute the Customer Business Planning Process and Joint Business Plans that incorporate company and customer timelines to ensure maximum execution to include:
  • Volume Forecasting
  • Identification and execution against key business drivers
  • Long lead time planning with customer to maximize execution
  • Effective management of Company’s Market Development Funds (MDF)
  • Developing long-term, profitable, and sustainable growth in POG and secondary space

2. Customer P&L Management: Set annual volume targets and manage associated P&Ls. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on strategy, performance, and outlook.

3. Consumption Planning: Integrate weekly and annual consumption plans into account strategy. Analyze POS and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute “Close the Gap” plans as needed.

4. Promotional Planning: Maintain weekly calendars for circulars, price promotions, and displays. Communicate results and gap-closing actions internally.

5. Demand Planning: Collaborate with Demand Planning to maintain accurate shipment forecasts. Lead demand planning for assigned brands.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead, develop and facilitate internal and external relationships in support of the business objectives

  • Internally partner with Cat Man, Sales Insights, Marketing (Brand and Trade), Finance, Logistics, and Inventory teams.
  • Externally align with Target’s Roundel, Target Digital Content Team, Vendor Income Finance, Category Management, and Store Ops.

7. MDF Management: Accountable for overseeing MDF budgets, ROI analysis, and investment tracking, while partnering with internal teams to ensure timely claim processing and adherence to budget.

8. Inventory & Markdown Risk Mitigation: Manage SKU discontinuations, markdowns, and inventory planning.

9. Perform other Target business-related duties as required: Utilize Target’s Partners Online (POL) as needed.

Coordination

· Support Teams: Target Sales Analyst, Target Sales Coordinator, Trade Marketing, Marketing and Category

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct selling experience in CPG (Cosmetics or Beauty preferred)
  • Experience managing Target relationship
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills
  • Innovation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

Additional Requirements

  • Accountable for MDF budget and annual sales volume targets
  • Travel: <10%
  • Position must be based in Minneapolis

Revlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.

The base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
