OVERVIEW:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain campaigns focused on now business impact, training, job aids, and selling tools to educate teammates on the ScoreRewards credit program as well as managing delivery vehicles not limited to internal sites and training programs.
Develop seasonal selling strategies aligned to short-term and long-term credit moments and promotions in partnership with Synchrony and internal teams.
Collaborate with marketing, store operations, sales enablement, field sales and athlete experience teams to ensure consistency in messaging, effectiveness and execution. While also ensuring that all credit operations and selling materials comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Lead and manage engaging initiatives and incentive programs that boost performance and excitement, credit-selling capabilities and teammate confidence, and engagement at all levels in the field from regional leadership to stores..
Continuously evaluate and optimize selling tools and resources based on field sales team needs, teammate feedback, program performance, and athlete insights.
Monitor the effectiveness of ops campaigns, selling tools, incentives, and training through data analysis and KPI reporting, both owning and making recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail, Financial Based
5-7 years experience in Retail Credit or Corporate Retail preferred, corporate experience in consumer credit marketing, strategy or field sales role, or experience managing a credit program for a specialty retailer is a plus.
Graphic Design Software
Ability to think big picture and be an idea generator, contributing to program vision and planning while getting involved in the details of execution and management
Strong communication skills with the ability to glean insights from data and develop a story
Ability to lead, influence and work across multiple functional teams to deliver business priorities
Ability to travel for field visits, partner meetings, and company events up to 15%
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using Graphic Design Software preferred
