We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Manager or Assistant Account Manager, depending on experience, to join our team and support a growing portfolio of B2B clients.

In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day client communications, ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, and help coach a small team to perform at their best. You’ll be working on a portfolio of B2B retainer clients across a range of industries, including technology, financial services, and energy.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys learning complex industries, translating technical topics into clear communications , and working closely with clients to turn business priorities into actionable PR and communications programs.

Your Role

• Own day-to-day client communications, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and strong relationship management
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency under pressure
• Support B2B clients across media relations, content development, executive communications, thought leadership, and campaign execution
• Translate complex or technical client topics into clear, audience-relevant narratives and actionable workstreams
• Coach and manage a small team, fostering growth, accountability, and teamwork
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while staying agile when priorities shift or details are still evolving
• Contribute strategic ideas, problem-solving, and recommendations that help clients strengthen visibility and credibility in Taiwan

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Bring a startup mindset-agile, solutions-driven, and unafraid of ambiguity
• Confident presenter and clear communicator, both internally and externally
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and ability to lead junior staff
• Adaptable, resourceful, and composed under pressure-ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Strong English and Chinese writing and speaking skills-capable of drafting documents, decks, and emails
• professionally in English
