LOCATION: Westchester, IL.WORKPLACE TYPE: HybridAs a Manager - Corporate Mechanical Storeroom US and Can, you will be responsible for ~$45MM/YR Spend and ~$100MM in asset inventory, while developing and implementing effective category strategies for spare parts MRP, aligning them with organizational goals, reliability programs, working capital, and cost-saving initiatives, ensuring availability and efficient inventory levels across the region. This role reports to the Reliability Director and oversees indirectly a team of Storeroom Managers across the US and Canada locations.What will you do:- Develop, Implement and improve the IPS Spare Parts Management process
- Prepare and present corporate inventory reports to management.
- Utilize inventory management software to track, optimize, and manage inventory.
- Design and implement a national strategy for Mechanical Stores (Spare parts storeroom), including the network and technology that guarantee working capital optimization.
- Oversee the management of spare parts storeroom inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and accuracy while maximizing turnaround to avoid obsolete items. Implement inventory control systems and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams to develop Mechanical Stores budgets, monitor spending, and work with procurement to reduce spend
- Create/Improve Standard Operating Procedures to create scale, reduce obsolescence, and standardize processes.

- A bachelor’s degree in business, supply management, engineering, or other related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role.

- Knowledge and understanding of purchasing practices, policies, and procedures; in-depth experience in using SAP as a value-creating tool for MRP

$98,800.00-$131,733.33 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
