The Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager, Corporate and Employee Events, a strategic leader to own our portfolio of high-impact internal and corporate events. This role goes beyond traditional event planning, requiring a visionary approach to creating experiences that foster employee engagement, align leadership, and support critical corporate milestones. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for our flagship annual events—including our Executive Leadership Summit and company-wide CEO Awards—as well as quarterly leadership offsites, all-company virtual town halls, and our Annual Meeting. The ideal candidate blends rigorous project management with strategic event design, ensuring flawless execution across both physical and digital environments.

What to Expect

  • Flagship Event Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end design and execution of major annual corporate events, including our leadership conference and CEO Awards. This includes theme development, venue selection, vendor management, and run-of-show.
  • Executive & Employee Engagement Forums: Manage the logistics, production, and audience experience for quarterly in-person VP-level events and all-employee virtual town halls, ensuring seamless hybrid/virtual execution that maximizes engagement.
  • Corporate & Investor Event Support: Partner with the Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations teams to manage the logistical, AV, and venue requirements for high-stakes external events, including the Annual Meeting and investor days.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Apply rigorous project management to track milestones and oversee significant event budgets. You will lead RFPs, negotiate vendor contracts, and serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies, AV crews, and digital platform vendors.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate event strategy and management, with a proven track record of managing a complex mix of large-scale in-person events and enterprise-wide virtual/hybrid broadcasts.
  • Project Management Rigor: A Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is strongly preferred. You have a ruthless attention to detail and can manage multiple overlapping event timelines simultaneously. A CMP or CSEP designation is a strong asset.
  • Technical & Production Fluency: You have advanced proficiency with enterprise event management and broadcasting platforms (e.g., Cvent, Zoom Webinars, MS Teams Live Events) and a strong understanding of AV production, live-streaming, and digital event staging.
  • Grace Under Pressure: You have an innate ability to troubleshoot live logistical or technical issues seamlessly without escalating anxiety to executives or attendees.
  • Strategic Visionary: You are highly collaborative and possess an ability to create and communicate a strategic vision for an event, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and delivers a world-class experience.

Salary Range: $88,000 - $138,000
