EMS is the front line for Euronext’s Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business, ensuring high‑quality operational delivery across the listing and Corporate Actions lifecycle and their impact across the broader market ecosystem.
In the role of Corporate Actions & Listings Manager you are responsible for the end-to-end management and supervision of corporate actions and listing operations, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant execution across all activities. With strong operational expertise, the role ensures close oversight of daily processes, effective handling of complex events and escalations, and consistent delivery of high-quality service to issuers and market participants.
The Manager plays a key role in maintaining robust controls, mitigating operational risks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and market requirements.
In addition, the position contributes to the continuous improvement and transformation of operations, driving efficiency, standardisation, and process optimisation, while leading and developing teams to deliver reliable performance in a dynamic market environment.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Oversee day-to-day corporate actions and equity listing operations
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
Manage complex events, escalations, and stakeholder interactions
Monitor KPIs, risks, and controls to ensure service quality
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with technology teams on system enhancements
Lead and develop the operational teams in different locations
Ensure resource planning and performance management
Your profile
Expertise in Equity Listings & Corporate Actions Management:
Deep knowledge of corporate actions lifecycle and equity listing processes; strong understanding of market regulations and issuer services.
Transformation Capability:
Proven ability to drive process improvements, automation and operational transformation initiatives.
Leadership:
Demonstrated experience in managing teams, stakeholder engagement, and leading high-performance environments.
7–10 years of experience in financial markets, corporate actions, or listing operations, with increasing managerial responsibility.
