Manage copy and localization projects for PUMA.com for different PUMA markets
Act as a point of contact between regional teams, linguists, and product teams to produce high-quality content in English
Propose improvements for the existing project workflows
Oversee the team of English Copy and Localization agency, check the quality of their copy, and improve collaboration with them
Perform regular quality assurance checks to identify any quality issues across the PUMA.com website.
Two years of experience in managing projects, preferably on the client side
Advanced project management skills and experience in dealing with geographically distributed internal and external stakeholders
Experience in writing English consumer copy and keeping the brand tone of voice
Experience in managing copy and localization projects generated by AI (GenAI and Machine Translation)
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional languages is considered an asset
Advanced skills in using Excel, Informatica PIM, Sanity or any other CMS as well as any of the translation tools (preferably Phrase or any other cloud-based translation platform)
Reliable, confident, and flexible team player
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in conducting A/B testing and user research on English and localized copy
Good Google Analytics, Looker, and Power BI skills.
