Reporting to the Director of IE Data Analytics you will provide leadership in data analytics and process improvement methodologies. Building reports & conducting analysis that provide teams actionable insights to understand and drive out loss will be a primary part of the role. You will also work with teams to evaluate and recommend advanced technologies that enhance data processing and decision making.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Data Governance - develop, implement & maintain processes that ensure data accuracy specifically in the areas of OEE and yield tracking
  • Support Annual Operating Plan. Glidepath & Site Master Planning processes including collaboration with plants and Corporate Finance.
  • Support the Connected Shop Floor data contextualization process. This includes standardizing field names from disparate data systems and providing feedback on database architecture.
  • Support-focused Improvement work including, project value (savings estimates), cost-saving's tracking, loss list ideation, analytics.
  • Line Event Data System standardization (e.g., downtime reasons, calculations, etc.)
  • Build and maintain Power BI reports that provide teams with actionable loss data
  • Support Connected Shop Floor Applications (e.g., Connected Worker, Yield, Connected Line)
  • Be a change agent in driving advanced technology and better ways of working.
  • Collaborate with other departments to determine data needs and ensure those needs are met following a formal "intake" evaluation process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Plant-based operations experience of at least 7 years desired
  • Experience in TPM based continuous improvement of at least 7 years desired
  • Proficient with data visualization tools like Power BI & Tableau
  • Experience writing SQL queries & designing efficient database structures
  • Experience coaching
  • Travel 75% to plant and corporate domestic locations
  • This is a remote position, East of Colorado, we ask that you live within an hour of a major airport.

Compensation:

Annual Salary: $123,000.00 - $147,000.00
