日本の中小企業セグメントにおける売上拡大をリードしていただきます。本営業マネージャーは、収益拡大に向けた戦略の策定、機会の特定、戦略的かつオペレーションレベルでの成功を主導していくことが期待されています。
第一線の営業マネージャーとして、アカウントエグゼクティブチームのマネジメントやメンバーの育成も担います。顧客および見込み顧客とのミーティングに同席するとともに、必要に応じてステークホルダーや社内リソースと部門を横断して連携します。営業チームの継続的な指導・育成(新規メンバーの採用・雇用・営業プロセス研修を含む)も担い、チームの売上予測の精度を高めることも期待されています。
