This position will serve as the single point of contact for all Collateral Services associated with the management, administration, and support of including but not limited to Pre SKIP and Recovery Asset Management services offered through product delivery to direct clients and through the services offered via technology client facing applications. The position will also include responsibility for the coordination of activities between ETG, Product, Sales and Service and functional accountabilities of third party vendors providing services. Additionally, this position will manage and develop a team of 5-8 recovery representatives of different levels.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibility #1: Customer Service (20%)

  • Responsible for ensuring timely, thorough, and accurate resolution to clients from all vendor services offered through direct distribution or through the client portal with the support of the Client Risk and Recovery Managers
  • Will be responsible for all direct client communication and needed investigation to determine the root cause of the client issue and directing that issue to the proper party for resolution.
  • Participate in client implementation and client meetings as needed

Key Responsibility #2:  Supervisory and People Management (35%)

  • Responsible for the training, development, and mentoring of Collateral Services Supervisors, Recovery Adjusters, Specialists or Processors dependent upon the business unit.
  • Direct the selection, development, deployment, and evaluation of assigned Collateral Services team.
  • Identify, develop, and retain high potential/high performing employees who have the potential for or are ready to fill critical roles in the organization.
  • Manage staff performance; implement strategies and plans to address staff development; identify and address training needs on an ongoing basis; provide frequent performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies and plans to address Recovery Professional and Unit Team Leader and Supervisor development. Make certain training needs are identified and addressed on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide enhanced technical leadership focus to strengthen the product/technical development of the staff.
  • Responsible for the administrative duties within their line of business or unit including data reports, performance metrics, performance evaluation, updated job descriptions, salary administration, employee discipline issues and other administrative and reporting functions as required.
  • Ensures and enables staff to maintain a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs; serves the customer with empathy; and follows up to ensure that customer needs have been met.

Key Responsibility #3:  Administration and Operational Management (35%)

  • Responsible for the overall management of the business-related aspects of the Collateral Services products and services offered by Allied Solutions, LLC.
  • Focus on resolution and process improvement, fulfilling all obligations while maximizing cost effectiveness, helping the business understand drivers, trends, and product stress points.
  • Will serve as the business subject matter expert for all Collateral Services products.
  • Must be able to rely on experience to accomplish departmental, divisional, and corporate goals.
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures under the direction of higher-level management.
  • Responsible for the management of all Service Report issues related Collateral Services products and application and use of those products.
  • Will provide needed sales and client support related to Collateral Services products.
  • Will be responsible for the fiscal management related to the services our third-party suppliers provide in relation to the Collateral Services products.
  • Responsible aggregating, score carding, and analyzing data related to recovery suppliers and subsequently make changes to volume distribution based on performance.

Key Responsibility #4:  Other Duties as Needed (10%)

  • Assist Claims senior management as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

5-7 years of work-related experience required.

3-4 years of leadership experience required.

This person should have experience in auto lending in relation to all things recovery, including but not limited to collections, repossession, skip tracing, and remarketing.
