Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop integrated digital media plans across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Design, and Analytics to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, media plans, presentations, and performance reports.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROI and achieve client KPIs.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging digital platforms, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital services to existing clients.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, media planning, and campaign management.
  • Excellent client servicing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Digital Marketing, Media Planning, or Account Management within a digital agency or media organization
