Manager Client Relationship Management

We are looking for an experienced professional who has experience managing client relationship management teams  who will interact and manage a portfolio of clients offering them advice and support on managing risk in diverse Foreign Exchange (FX) markets as well as managing the team.  As a part of Convera’s Client Account Management team based in Malta office, you will  offer business-to-business clients opportunities to save money whilst helping to generate revenue and hitting your own targets

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an excellent client experience to a portfolio of approximately 100 commercial customers.
  • Managing and transacting a wide range of FX deals across our broad product range, you’ll be tasked with retaining clients as well as maximizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Able to draw on advice and expertise from across the business you’ll be responsible for making excellent business decisions and rewarded accordingly through a generous and transparent bonus scheme.
  • Achieving and surpassing your targets you’ll need to be proactive, regularly contacting and meeting up with customers and being aware of their specific requirements and how we might be able to serve them best. 
  • Managing and coaching the client relationship management team 

 

You should apply if you have:

  • Proven track record of selling and account management within the FinTech/ Finance space.
  • Able to provide clear explanations of the strategies that have helped you exceed sales targets in previous roles.
  • Your confident and can-do attitude will fit well within the team and will be complemented by your ambition to succeed.
  • Some knowledge of FX products and services is desirable, and we’ll expect you to be able to discuss your experience and knowledge of account management during the interview process.
  • Maltese Speaker is a plus 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the payments space is required. 
  • AML experience is required 
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience is required
