Job Description
To lead and manage the Cash Centre team, ensure a secure, cost effective operation and co-create the relevant portfolio (e.g. Vendor Management, Service Management) strategy and translate it into operational plans and goals. Oversee and monitor the query management and resolution process and close out any long outstanding escalation by engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve. Drive the adherence of service level agreements with clients and vendors to deliver exceptional service and client experience. Assess and understand the risks associated with the handling of cash and maintain an effective system of controls in order to reduce the overall exposure/ minimise risk.

Operations and Banking Experience
5-7 years
- Experience in cash management and ensure cash levels are maintained within specified limits as per treasury department requirements
- Demonstrated ability to forecast, budget and monitor operational expenses
- Demonstrated application of knowledge and expertise within an Cash Centre environment
- Demonstrated client and stakeholder relationship management experience required
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing risk
- Experience with leading and managing change initiatives and driving project implementation
- Experience with managing, leading and coordinating teams. The ability to achieve set targets and goals
