• Lead and execute investment transactions involving office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties on behalf of domestic and international clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property owners, developers, and key market participants.
• Analyze market trends and provide strategic advisory services on capital market opportunities.
• Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documentation.
• Negotiate and structure complex transactions in line with clients' objectives and compliance requirements.
• Support due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, finance, and other internal teams.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and pitches to clients, institutional investors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory environment and property markets in Indonesia.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets, real estate investment banking, or related fields.
• Proven record of completing large-scale commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong network of local and international investors.
• Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
