You want to drive change and establish business process excellence at ZEISS? This position provides the opportunity to work on one of ZEISS' biggest transformation programs and to shape our application & business process management. You will take responsibility to achieve the best solution for ZEISS, balancing business process methodology and modeling needs with IT requirements to improve the business process management at ZEISS.
Your role

Own your stake at further developing the use of applications for one of ZEISS’ biggest transformation programs to effectively enable multiple teams in their day-to-day business

Collaborate with various departments and teams to understand, analyze, and document business processes using Signavio
-
Develop and optimize process models and workflows to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in alignment within our transformation program organization as well as with relevant stakeholders in the whole ZEISS group

Work closely with central IT departments to align with other process related projects and to integrate Signavio with other applications in our tool chain

Continuously improve JIRA as our project management tool considering setup of governance, guidelines & reporting structures

Conduct workshops and training sessions to include stakeholders and educate users on Signavio and JIRA

Take part in building up a Signavio community in the whole ZEISS group in collaboration with central IT and external partners

Additionally, support in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Signavio and JIRA
Your profile
-
a bachelor’s degree in business computer science, engineering, business informatics or similar
-
first relevant experience in Business Process Management and Process Requirements Engineering
-
experience with process modeling (BPMN 2.0) round up your profile
-
strong understanding of the interface of business and IT and already applied this successfully in a similar role
-
strong IT affinity and previously worked with tools like Signavio and JIRA
-
you are characterized by your strong communication skills, your analytical approach and implementation competence

You are a team player with strong focus on collaboration and communication

Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
