Skills & QualificationExperience
5+ years in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Operational Excellence, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
Experience in high-growth SaaS, FinTech, HRTech, Payroll, or operations-heavy environments is preferred

Operational Deep Dives
Analyze end-to-end workflows across Payroll, EOR, Benefits, Mobility, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and GTM Operations
Identify bottlenecks, ownership gaps, manual processes, and operational risks.
Drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues
Process Excellence & Governance
Design and standardize SOPs, process maps, RACI frameworks, escalation paths, and governance mechanisms
Establish scalable and repeatable operational processes across functions
Risk & Operational Resilience
Identify process, compliance, dependency, and revenue-impacting risks.
Build controls and monitoring mechanisms to prevent operational failures before they occur.
Transformation & Automation
Drive automation, AI adoption, workflow redesign, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to scale operational capabilities.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams.
Lead strategic initiatives that improve execution across the business.
