Be part of our BI Wholesale & Operations team driving end-to-end business transparency through our cross-functional reporting suites
Support in managing multiple projects within the Wholesale & Operations BI landscape
Discuss and manage operational and strategical data needs, challenges and opportunities with key users and manage the development of new reporting solutions
Proactively analyze data sets that support efficient and data driven business decision making
Design, develop, implement and maintain interactive reporting templates/dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI (frameworks, concepts, tools)
Create and maintain documentation for Wholesale & Operations Template BI solutions, including data sources, models, reports and training material
Conduct and manage data integration initiatives to unify multiple sources into one accessible BI ecosystem
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of BI and KPI standards; provide consultation to the technical teams on governance and quality assurance measures
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar
At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the area of BI & Reporting
Familiarity with BI projects, wholesale and logistical processes as well as relevant industry experience is a plus
Knowledge of general set-up of Corporate BI environment from Data extraction up until proper presentation of relevant KPIs for business steering and decision support
Strong business partnering skills with the ability to translate operational & strategic needs into scalable BI solutions and clear reporting outcomes
Analytical, proactive mindset: you spot trends, patterns and opportunities early and convert insights into actionable recommendations for decision-making
Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, interactive dashboards, performance best practices) and a passion for building user-centric reporting suites
High documentation & governance orientation: you create clear documentation (sources, models, KPI definitions, training material) and contribute to BI/KPI standards & quality assurance.
Strong communication & enablement skills: you can facilitate requirement discussions, align expectations, and train users to drive adoption of BI templates and dashboards
Quality-driven and detail-oriented, ensuring consistency, reliability and transparency across reporting and KPI logic.
Fluent English (German is a plus), comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment with a team-first attitude.
