Position Summary:
This role is a Market Business Development position chartered to lead commercial operation in line with defined strategies to achieve Commercial and market share objectives for Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division product lines through our Vietnam Business Partners also providing extended techno-commercial support and territory coverage to regions i.e. Laos and Philippines. This position reports to the Senior Commercial Manager and provides commercial/technical sales support to our Business Partners/Customers to ensure order and sales volumes are achieved. An ability to monitor, analyze and forecast future business performance in the assigned territory on a routine basis is crucial.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
- Channel Partner Support: Provide Commercial and Technical Assistance.
- Commercial Target: Achieving Commercial/Channels AOT
- Marketing Input: Work Collaboratively with Regional Marketing Team, Suggest Tools and Tactics to Drive Growth.
- Market Business Development: The Candidate Should Have Sound Market Knowledge/Experience Working with Generic Pharmaceuticals and/or Food Testing Customers, Understand the Regulatory Landscape, Market Dynamics and Customer Buying pattern. Able to Drive Independently Programs Related to Pharma and Food.
- Forecasting: Manage forecasts and update direct Manager and key partners.
- CRM Updates: Maintains Salesforce CRM accurately with opportunities and forecasts.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensure high customer satisfaction and service levels.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Able to travel frequently within Vietnam and regions (when required) up to 70% of time. Candidate should be based locally in Vietnam.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or Biochemistry is helpful
- Proficient in both spoken and written, Vietnamese and English languages
- Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in technical sales; capable in providing technical presentation to influence sales outcome
- Desirable Analytical instrumentation knowledge: HPLC, GC, Chromatography Software, LCMS, GCMS.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated with initiative, and makes good business judgment.
