Roles and Responsibilities
This role combines corporate sales and activation, owning the end-to-end lifecycle through deal execution and post-sale activation to drive revenue growth and client adoption in support of Mastercard Financial Institution clients • Partner with CS Sales Teams: engage with CS sales team post-deal close to drive corporate activation, onboarding, and ongoing adoption to ensure realized revenue and sustained growth• Lead Commercial Execution: Orchestrate execution across issuers, Supplier Enablement, and internal Mastercard teams to accelerate speed-to-first-dollar and ensure closed-won opportunities convert into realized volume.• Drive Volume Realization: Build and optimize the tools, playbooks, and operating model to maximize volume realization, accelerate activation, and improve long-term volume stickiness in partnership with issuers and key stakeholders.• Optimize the End-to-End Lifecycle: Act as a strategic partner across the customer lifecycle-from pipeline identification to volume realization-identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and commercial outcomes.• Enable Product Adoption: support training and education on product usage, including employee training and internal marketing efforts, to ensure effective adoption and utilization across corporate clients• Monitor Performance & Identify Opportunities: analyze top corporate accounts on behalf of FI to identify risks and surface opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and overall client performance. Provide ongoing support to identify optimization opportunities based on corporate needs and usage patterns, while sharing client feedback with Product teams to reduce friction and improve future onboarding experiences
Required Skills and Experience:• 4-6 years working in a consulting role or at a transaction bank in sales or optimization, corporate onboarding, implementation or customer success.• Proven ability to support client onboarding, activation, or post-sale implementation processes. Experience delivering or supporting training and education programs to drive product adoption and usage• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess account performance, identify risks, and surface growth opportunities• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams• Bring an entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset-operating independently, taking initiative, and executing effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred Qualifications:• Familiarity with Financial Institution operating models, preferably with card products and particularly [BD2.1] across sales and operations (TxB)• Exposure to KPI tracking frameworks and performance measurement (e.g., adoption, activation, retention metrics)• Experience partnering with product teams to deliver client feedback and influence roadmap improvements

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. New York City, New York: $151,000 - $242,000 USD
