- Project Dragon" Transformation:
- Drive the bank-wide shift from a transaction-focused, cost-centre branch model to a growth-driven, sales, and service hub.
- Organizational Alignment & Workstreams:
- Ensure effective collaboration and coordination among cross-divisional workstreams.
- Facilitate the project kick-off to all bank-wide staff, ensuring clear communication of objectives and progress.
- People & Competency Development:
- Collaborate with HR to modify and retro-fit competency models for "Project Dragon" purposes.
- Lead the inventory and assessment of internal candidates from PFS Regional Community Managers, Branch Managers, SME Area Managers, RWM Area Managers, and BCB Business Centre Heads for new roles within the transformed branch network.
- Refine competency models and establish new Branch Key Result Areas (KRAs) to align with the evolving branch functions.
- Property & Branch Renovation:
- Work closely with the Property Head to oversee the roll-out of for C1 branches.
- Finalize user requirements and floor planning for the initial four C2 branches and guide the design phase.
- Agree on design direction with architects to ensure a consistent and effective new branch aesthetic.
- Financial Reconstitution:
- Oversee the reconstitution of branch financials from separate General Ledgers (GLs) to gain a comprehensive understanding of branch profitability and performance.
- Malaysian citizen
- 5-15 years of progressive experience in large-scale Change Management, Business Transformation, or Strategic Program Management within a corporate environment, ideally banking or financial services.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
