About the role

Netcracker Technology is looking to hire a Business Analyst Manager to join our Implementation Engineering teams located throughout the LATAM region. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team providing cost-effective solutions to businesses, and resolving technical challenges faced in large/complex telecommunications projects. Business Analysts are working as the company's representatives in front of the enterprise customers. You will be responsible for providing guidance to the service provider, sharing industry best practices, and facilitating implementation by promoting reuse of out-of-the-box capabilities.  It is expected that you have many years with experience in the Telecommunication industry as a BSS/OSS domain Subject Matter Expert.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to the leadership service provider to better understand and articulate the challenges.
  • Define and document measurable criteria for solution assessment, proposing solution(s) and bring best practice. It is expected that you will have recognition in the Telecommunication industry as a BSS Domain SME.
  • Focus on ensuring the quality of business requirements for enterprise client. You will provide "best practice" in understanding the client requirements, Telecom products and network aspects in order to align the business’s needs.
  • The key element of the role is focused on analysis, project design, which can be delivered thought the baseline capabilities of existing product. Most important - stakeholder management as well as expectation management.
  • Collecting and collating business requirements for Business-to-Business telecom products on various network technologies.
  • Guiding and coaching the business stakeholders through the requirements gathering process.
  • Guiding and leading a team of Junior BAs.
  • Provide clarification and act as a point of reference for business requirement inquiries by solution design and project delivery teams.
  • Work with project teams agreeing approach and keeping them informed of progress.
  • Facilitate workshops required to understand and outcome, detailed requirements, and solution behavior.
  • Work closely with delivery team to ensure functional and non-functional completeness of the solution
  • Create comprehensive and unambiguous documentation that outlines requirement of stakeholder, traceable for testing team and understandable for development team. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the aligned business area and the trust of its business stakeholders.
Required Experience 
  • 8+ years of sufficient technical knowledge to understand high-level architecture and technical requirements around BSS/OSS/CRM solutions for Telecoms projects.
  • Experience with BSS (CRM, Quotation, Catalog), OSS (Provisioning, Activation, Inventory) and Billing required.
  • Strong business analysis background, preferably in a telecom company.
  • Team Organizational skills, able to work simultaneously on a number of assignments when required.
  • Knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies including the applicability of different methodologies to different environments and teams ( Agile & Waterfall).
  • Proven ability to work BSS/OSS functionally to drive the accurate capture of requirements, resolving and closing down issues and information shortfall as and when they appear.
  • Strong Leadership skills, focus to achieve the result on time by organizing the teams of Business Analysts, as well as interacting with other teams
  • Capability to work simultaneously on a number of assignments, when required
  • Proven experience of successfully working in transformation projects
  • Experience of working in multinational teams, taking into account cultural and time zone specifics
  • Fluently speaking in the English and  Portuguese languages
  • Availability to work from the office in a Hybrid mode (at least 3 times per week)
 Education  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
