Join Aprio's Enterprise Project Management Office and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Manager to join their dynamic team. 

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Business Analysis, to help us drive our digital transformation and provide exceptional service to our clients and employees. This team member will serve as a liaison between staff, IT, and Development departments to help define critical processes and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor business analysts, setting goals, providing feedback/coaching, and balancing workload across priorities
  • Partner with stakeholders (Assurance, IT, Development, ePMO) to identify, prioritize, and deliver process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
  • Elicit and document business requirements (e.g., user stories/acceptance criteria), current/future-state process maps, and functional specifications
  • Analyze processes, systems, and data to develop actionable recommendations and business cases
  • Drive change management and adoption through stakeholder communications, training partnership with L&D, and ongoing reinforcement
  • Coordinate testing/UAT by developing test procedures and validating that solutions meet user needs
  • Monitor and support compliance with Assurance policies, procedures, and standards
  • Evaluate new technologies/platforms and serve as a trusted advisor, providing practical guidance and thought leadership

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build consensus and drive change
  • Keen attention to detail, problem-solving and strong analytical skills
  • Experience documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines  
  • Understanding of Agile & Project Management fundamentals  
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and familiarity with common project management and data visualization tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including ability to write and interpret queries to extract, validate, and analyze data

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Office 365, including Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps
  • ClickUp (or similar) experience managing tasks, timelines, and resourcing
  • Consulting and/or Assurance experience beneficial
