Manager, Business Analysis & Global Sales Operations - Corporate SolutionsThe Corporate Solutions Business Analysis and Global Sales Operations team is looking for a strategic-minded individual to support the growth priorities for the global sales organization. This candidate will have experience in a sales operations role driving consistency and synergies, while providing Sales insights and tailored support when needed. The candidate should also have experience conducting client and market research, supporting M&A business case development, assisting in the creation of client presentations, and report building and analysis.About Corporate Solutions: Corporate Solutions is a fast-growing newly built organization within Mastercard, focusing on pursuing the outsized B2B payments opportunity and capturing new payment flows among large corporations.
About Corporate Solutions Business Analysis and Global Sales Operations: the department sits centrally within Corporate Solutions as a strategy and analytics hub that is primarily responsible for:
• Developing and executing global and regional level strategy built on top of a strong analytical foundation: client research, market research, and deep analytics
• Intelligence creation – building and managing KPIs, dashboards, research, product, and sales benchmarking
• Enabling key ecosystem plays, bringing together internal and external capabilities leveraging a build, buy, and partner approach
• Enabling better and faster decision-making by providing insightful market and business intelligence; supporting internal stakeholders on their priorities
• Strengthening sales operations, driving consistency and synergies globally, while providing Sales insights and tailored support when needed
• Managing cross-functional alignment
About the role:
This role reports to the Director of Global Sales Operations for Corporate Solutions, with close partnership with the global regional leaders. The vision for the role is to help expand and strengthen the global sales operations organization and support business analysis to drive growth through actionable insights and go-to-market strategies and enable meaningful conversations with prospects and clients through data-driven insights.
Key Activities:
• Facilitating communication within the sales team and across other departments to ensure consistency along with business profile building via wider collaboration.
• Supporting Business Analysis, Global Sales Operations, and Finance teams by leveraging salesforce insights and analysis with a data-driven approach
• Driving Salesforce related projects such as data quality enhancements and automated reporting
• Helping to build our Global Sales Operations team driving strong global sales team alignment with standardized governance and routines
• Developing and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to proactively identify emerging needs and business opportunities
• Own monthly reporting and assist in the development and tracking of key KPIs

• Undergraduate degree required
• You have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
• You possess excellent relationship management skills, presentation skills, a good level of financial and technical acumen.
• Extensive experience drawing key insights from data to build and manage business cases and inform strategy
• Strong cross-functional project management, ability to lead and influence partners, and a passion for creative problem-solving
• Experience with Salesforce and Einstein AI Reporting is a plus. Strong excel skills are a must.
