Job Description Summary:
Drive accelerated growth for a brand in Hungary by translating insight‑led strategy into flawless, market‑right execution. Operate within a local, network‑based marketing model—with minimal central brand support—to deliver culturally relevant consumer experiences, commercially effective customer activation, and disciplined operational excellence across the Coca‑Cola System.
Key Responsibilities
1) Growth Strategy & Brand Execution
- Translate brand strategy into sharp positioning, messaging, and activation territories tailored to Hungarian consumers and occasions; ensure every touchpoint builds a distinctive and consistent experience.
- Lead end‑to‑end program development across paid/owned/earned: advertising, digital/social, partnerships, experiential, sampling, and in‑store/shopper activation.
- Adapt global direction when relevant, ensuring local resonance and speed to market while protecting brand standards.
2) Customer & Commercial Impact
- Partner with Commercial, RGM, and Shopper teams to design customer‑backed initiatives that grow penetration, rate of sale, and total value—aligning with joint business plans and channel priorities.
- Ensure packaging, pricing, promotions, and in‑store execution reinforce brand strategy and deliver measurable ROI.
3) Consumer, Connections & Culture
- Define priority consumer segments and occasions through research; convert insights into breakthrough creative and media/channel choices that keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Steward a premium, consistent identity across all assets and experiences.
4) Performance Management & Insights
- Track brand health, penetration, distribution, and campaign effectiveness using syndicated and custom data; diagnose issues and drive iterative optimization.
- Provide clear, insight‑driven recommendations on trends, opportunities, and risks to inform decisions and next‑quarter priorities.
5) System & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Orchestrate work with Insights, IMX, Media, Commercial, RGM, Shopper, Finance, and bottling partners to deliver one integrated, market‑ready plan.
- Manage agencies to deliver on brief, on time, and on budget; uphold quality and alignment to brand guidelines.
6) Operational Excellence & Governance
- Own day‑to‑day brand management: asset creation and distribution, approvals, budget stewardship, timelines, and risk management—operating with autonomy and accountability.
- Role‑model curiosity, agility, collaboration, and disciplined execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in brand management/consumer marketing in FMCG sector, with proven end‑to‑end activation experience.
- Strong grasp of consumer behavior, brand development, and multi‑channel marketing; confident creative judgment.
- Proficient with research and data (syndicated, custom, digital, social) to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; effective with diverse internal stakeholders, agencies, and bottling partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with high ownership, attention to detail, and resilience.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian.
