THE TEAM
The Manager, B2B Marketing, will report directly to the Director, Global B2B Growth Marketing, NA Lead. The role works closely with cross-functional partners across Global Product Marketing, Content, Design, Operations, Sales Strategy & Enablement, Communications, and Events.
THE JOB
The Manager, B2B Marketing plays a key role in developing and executing data-driven marketing programs that drive audience engagement and business growth. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, this role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns.
This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for a marketer who enjoys building campaigns, collaborating on content development, analyzing performance, and continuously improving results through testing and optimization. The role balances strategic thinking with execution and is responsible for delivering high-quality marketing programs that support business objectives and customer engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and other digital channels to drive audience engagement and business growth
- Manage campaign execution within marketing automation and CRM platforms, including audience segmentation, landing pages, campaign workflows, and performance measurement
- Identify content opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop and activate content that supports marketing strategies, campaigns, and business objectives
- Support the development and execution of web and creative initiatives, partnering with internal teams to update digital experiences and marketing assets that support campaign objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign, engagement, and funnel performance, using data-driven insights and testing to improve results
- Own the execution of marketing initiatives from planning through launch, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful outcomes
- Support marketing initiatives across business units and affiliated brands to meet evolving business needs
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, or a related marketing discipline
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business results
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot/MCAE and Salesforce) to build, execute, and measure marketing campaigns
- Experience managing audience segmentation, campaign execution, and marketing performance reporting
- Experience supporting website and landing page updates using platforms such as WordPress, with basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with visual content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign measurement, and optimization best practices
- Experience collaborating on content development and campaign activation across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience in the ticketing, live events, entertainment, technology, or SaaS industries is a plus!

The expected compensation for this position is:
$84,000.00 USD - $105,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
