- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Plant Manager
- Manage the Plant Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Support internal communication within the factory and across departments
- Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Support tracking key projects
- Assist in monitoring operational performance metrics and reporting
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with other departments such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production
- Support visits, audits, management reviews, and plant reviews
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and leadership meetings
- University Degree in the field of Socical studies/Economy
- Min. 3 years relevant experience
- More than 2 years experience at intercultural environment is required
- Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge is a must
- High level MS Office user knowledge
- Good communication skills
