Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing lead generation campaigns, performance reporting, and social media content planning. You will collaborate with external agencies and coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance our digital marketing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Performance Reporting and Evaluation: Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to stakeholders to inform future marketing strategies.
- Social Media Content Planning: Plan and create engaging contents for our Instagram and Facebook channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
- Agency Collaboration: Work closely with external social and digital marketing agencies to deliver effective campaigns that meet business goals.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements in digital marketing capabilities, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in digital media management and marketing campaign management. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
