Responsibilities:You define and execute the customer strategy to win new business and to ensure long-term sustainable and profitable growth
It's your responsibility to lead and develop your Application Team to achieve best-in-class results
You establish as key contact for the customer's Engineering teams and you maintain close relationship
You are responsible for effective project and cost management in all project phases to successfully launch products to customer

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field

As an experienced team leader you know how to manage a technical team across different regions and cultures
With your analytical thinking you are able to analyze and solve technical problems
To ensure effective team performance you are proficient in conflict and change management and you bring strong communication skills
Fluent English skills to collaborate with your international team colleagues complete your profile
