Position Overview:

As the Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering valuable insights, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate with business leaders. Leading a team of analysts, you will be instrumental in supporting the six ecosystems: Healthcare, Real Estate, Accounting, Financial Services, Teaching and Valuation & Property Services. 

What You'll Do

  • Lead Ecosystem Analytics Team
  • Manage and lead a team of analysts to ensure the effective delivery of insights and reports to multiple ecosystems.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on achieving strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics requests, ensuring they align with stakeholder requirements and are completed on schedule.
  • Provide Strategic Insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and tailor analytics solutions accordingly.
  • Generate insightful reports and visualizations that effectively communicate complex analytics to business leaders utilizing Power BI.
  • Establish and maintain standardized reporting practices to ensure consistency and accuracy in data presentation.
  • Streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness to business needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and data visualization.
  • Apply knowledge to enhance the organization's analytics capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with IT and Engineering Data Teams
  • Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure the integration and compatibility of analytics tools and systems.
  • Collaborate on data governance and security measures to uphold data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Advocate for a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on interpreting and utilizing analytics insights effectively.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure the analytics solutions meet business needs and assist with the adoption process, ensuring stakeholders are equipped to leverage insights effectively.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, or other analytic fields.
  • Minimum of five to ten years of analytics experience.
  • Preferred two to five years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and manage a team.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in creating actionable dashboards using tools like Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and strong relationship building skills to act as the primary point of contact for revenue owners and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to data quality, integration, and analytics.
  • Ability to think strategically about analytics, aligning insights with overall business objectives.
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in developing and evolving key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring business success.
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to internal teams on interpreting and utilizing analytics insights effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail, especially in data governance and accuracy.
