This role combines technical leadership, people management, and architectural ownership.Key Responsibilities- Lead algorithmic development in AI/ML, computer vision, and image processing
- Own architecture for XCT/APX algorithm subsystems
- Drive 3D reconstruction, feature detection, defect analysis, and metrology
- Transition research into production-ready software
- Collaborate across hardware, systems, and global software teams
- Build and mentor a high-performing India-based team
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in algorithm development
- Experience leading software/algorithm teams
- Strong background in computer vision, image processing, and AI/ML
- Experience with imaging, inspection, or reconstruction algorithms
- Programming expertise in Python and C++/C#/equivalent
