Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Lead and scale a team of AI / algorithm engineers (ML, DL, LLMs)
- Define and drive the AI roadmap aligned with product and business goals
- Actively contribute hands-on to design, development, and implementation of AI solutions
- Own delivery of AI solutions—from research and prototyping to production deployment
- Guide architecture and design of AI systems integrated into Frontline products
- Drive adoption of advanced AI techniques (LLMs, RAG, Generative AI)
- Collaborate closely with software, product, and application teams
- Mentor engineers and grow technical leadership within the team
- Ensure high engineering standards, scalability, and production readiness
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Deep Learning/ Algorithm development
- 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or team management
- Strong hands-on experience developing and delivering AI/ML solutions (required)
- Strong background in ML/Deep Learning (coding and system design)
- Strong software engineering skills (Python, C++ or similar)
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
