Manager, AI Commerce Strategy (Amazon Rufus) – Mississauga, ON, CA or Stamford, CT, USA

The Manager, AI Commerce Strategy (Amazon Rufus) will own strategy and execution to maximize visibility, accuracy, and conversion for Philips brands in Amazon’s AI shopping experiences (Rufus) across the US and Canada. This role builds an operating system across PDP content, A+ (retail vendor modules), Q&A, reviews, and bilingual readiness, with strong governance for regulated/safety-adjacent categories.

Your role:

Rufus Strategy & Insights

  • Build a quarterly Rufus roadmap for Philips brands, grounded in shopper questions and category missions.  This includes creating and maintaining the Rufus Prompt Bank and a taxonomy of shopper intents
  • Own the end-to-end Rufus operating system with internal stakeholder alignment, including prioritization & decisions across Business Units, brands, and ASIN tiers.

Digital Shelf Execution

  • Lead PDP modernization: title/bullets/specs/attributes, imagery strategy, and content quality controls.
  • Own retail-vendor A+ content strategy including comparison charts and decision tools.

Measurement, Testing & Reporting

  • Serve as the single-threaded owner (STO) for Rufus performance across PDP, A+, Q&A, and reviews
  • This includes developing a test and learn framework that accelerates content health and improves conversion
  • Partner to develop the end to end GEO model that scales internally across all customers

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience Amazon eCommerce (5+ years experience and Vendor Central / 1P strongly preferred) and proven content/conversion impact.
  • Your skills include:
    • Strong understanding of how catalog data, A+ content, reviews, and Q&A influence conversion.
    • Analytical skills (Excel/Power BI), experimentation mindset, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Experience operating bilingual (English/French) content workflows (preferred).
    • Familiarity with GenAI concepts (RAG, evaluation/QA frameworks) and how to test conversational experiences (preferred).
    • Experience with regulated or safety-sensitive categories (preferred).
  • You have an ability to understand emerging consumer and technological trends, influence teams and operationalize your strategies.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
