What You'll be Working on
The Affiliate Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing the affiliate marketing program for the company’s ecommerce business. This role will focus on building relationships with affiliate partners, driving traffic, and maximizing revenue through affiliate channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, ecommerce, performance marketing, and partnership development. This position plays a critical role in expanding brand visibility, improving customer acquisition, and driving sales through a well-structured affiliate program.
What You'll do
- Affiliate Program Management:
- Develop and manage the company’s affiliate marketing program, including identifying and recruiting new affiliates, managing existing relationships, and optimizing performance.
- Create and implement affiliate marketing strategies that align with overall ecommerce objectives, including traffic growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Ensure affiliates are provided with the necessary tools, content, and support to promote the brand effectively, including creative assets, product feeds, and performance incentives.
- Negotiate terms with key affiliate partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships, focusing on driving high-quality traffic and maximizing revenue.
- Partner with marketing teams to grow influencer program through affiliate channel
- Performance Optimization:
- Work closely with marketing, content, and ecommerce teams to align affiliate campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional efforts.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate channel performance, using key metrics such as clicks, conversions, revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Identify opportunities to improve affiliate performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and optimization of affiliate offers and landing pages.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, analytics, and merchandising) to improve conversion rates and user experience on ecommerce sites.
Must Have
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on ecommerce.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, networks, and tools (e.g., CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage and grow affiliate programs, including recruitment, relationship management, and performance optimization.
- Analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities.
Primary Location Salary Range: $105,000 – $115,000
