We’re seeking a collaborative and entrepreneurial marketing professional to Manager, Advisor Marketing at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Advisor Marketing in Canada, this role will partner with Advisors to understand their growth goals and deliver strategic support across digital media, social content, email, and website marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end marketing strategies for advisors, including lead generation, nurture programs, and ongoing client engagement.
  • Work with individual advisors to clarify and articulate their unique value proposition, positioning, and target audience.
  • Write clear, compelling messaging and content for advisor pitch decks, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Build and refine presentation decks that translate complex ideas into visually engaging narratives.
  • Update and develop advisor website content within existing brand frameworks and CMS tools.
  • Build automated email journeys and prospect nurture flows using approved marketing platforms.
  • Create high-quality client communication assets (PDFs, newsletters, video scripts, etc.) for both prospects and existing clients.
  • Track campaign performance and use analytics to recommend improvements and drive stronger results.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and meet compliance requirements (especially in a regulated environment).
  • Operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on executor—able to design the plan and also build the deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience focused on client management in the wealth management industry, gained either on the client side or through agency work.
  • Expertise in leading digital and social content initiatives, supported by strong writing and creative skills; design experience considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including gathering stakeholder input, coordinating reviews, and delivering high-quality, on-brand outputs within deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication, along with solid project and time-management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with experience managing direct or cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Passionate about communications and problem-solving, with a proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset to continuously improve advisor marketing effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
