Conducts advanced technical and functional analysis for reliability-focused initiatives.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) performing campaign analytics (using Power BI or Tableau), process optimization, and scalable solution design (using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Snowflake).
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) performing campaign analytics (using Power BI or Tableau), process optimization, and scalable solution design (using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Snowflake).
Skills and Knowledge:
Candidate must also possess:
Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) maintaining and analyzing campaign performance datasets from multiple platforms, using Adobe Analytics or Sprout Social to monitor, measure, and optimize multi-channel marketing engagement; and performing campaign tagging, data normalization, and performance benchmarking to optimize marketing effectiveness across digital channels, using Adobe Analytics or Sprout Social.
DE driving end-to-end process mapping initiatives to design process-aligned data models and event log schemas from unstandardized data streams, using Cloud platforms Snowflake or BigQuery (GCP); validating operational assumptions using hypothesis-driven methodologies to uncover process inefficiencies, compliance gap, and automation opportunity; and delivering scalable data solutions by designing anomaly flagging systems and building frameworks that track operational metrics (deviation impacts, conformance checks, and throughput analysis) to support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using Tableau or Power BI.
DE architecting interactive reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau or Spotfire with dynamic user-input parameters to enable retrospective “what-if” scenario evaluations, assess digital adoption trends, and analyze NPS outcomes; enforcing hierarchical row-level security to ensure compliance and data protection, using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and JSON API integrations; and conducting load testing, stress testing, and real-time monitoring of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards under production-level conditions, using Performance Analyzer, JMeter, and Azure DB.
DE analyzing unstructured text data to uncover key themes and visualize patterns, using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques (topic modeling techniques) and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA); developing unsupervised ML models (DBSCAN) to cluster text data into defined categories; and generating word embeddings using transformer models (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT)) and their variants to perform semantic similarity.
