Manager - Administration

Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified™) is seeking well-qualified Manager- Administration & IT to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
• Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure IT infrastructure and systems (hardware and software) are up to date, functional, and secure.
• Oversee and coordinate IT support and troubleshooting for staff, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Manage and oversee the inventory of IT hardware and software, including procurement, installation, and disposal.
• Work closely with external vendors to manage service contracts and ensure the timely resolution of IT-related issues.
• Recruit new administrative employees, then orient and train them for their specific job descriptions
• Conduct semi-annual evaluations of administrative personnel and provide guidance about potential improvements in each employee’s performance
• Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations and training sessions
• Responsible for the day to day operational management of facilities soft services on site.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Any graduate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
