Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Manager (IC Specialist) Ad Operations to lead our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our digital advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, optimization, and client satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with team members, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices
Responsibilities- Campaign Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough quality checks on assigned tasks, identifying and resolving complex ad serving issues. Perform root cause analysis for escalations to prevent future occurrences.
- Process Management and Compliance: Monitor and update process-related documentation, ensuring adherence to established procedures and compliance with industry standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Client Communication and Collaboration: Handle critical client and account communication, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Collaborate closely with other managers and Account Managers to ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams.
- Technical Expertise and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate in-depth understanding of ad servers, ad verification technology, tagging, and basic site analytics. Identify and troubleshoot complex ad serving issues, providing solutions and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
- Ad Operations Expertise: Proven experience in ad operations, with a deep understanding of campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting across various ad servers (e.g., CM360, Flashtalking, Adform) and ad verification platforms.
- Hands-on Ad Server and Verification Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one ad server (e.g., CM360, Flashtalking, Adform) and ad verification platforms.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and senior management.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including expert-level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Process Management and Documentation: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. Experience in developing and maintaining process documentation.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to handle critical client/account communication, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Presentation and Data Interpretation Skills: Excellent presentation and data interpretation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.
