Position Purpose:
The Pro customer represents a $700 billion market opportunity for The Home Depot. The Office of Pro Acceleration brings together our enterprise teams so we can win more of this business. In this position, the Manager, Office of Pro Acceleration will be expected to partner across the Pro business units to drive sales growth with our largest National Account customers. This includes completing RFP responses, managing execution of large multi-category projects, supporting sales leadership with critical customer-facing deliverables, and developing analytics and presentations. Ultimately, this role will help ensure every part of the business works together seamlessly on behalf of the Pro.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement: Lead RFP responses for large national accounts from start to finish. Partner with sales leadership to build clear, customer-facing presentations, proposal decks, and pitch materials
- Strategic Analysis / Problem Solving: Analyze sales data, buying trends, and customer purchase habits to identify white-space opportunities that expand our share of wallet with top Pro accounts.
- Capabilities Development: Develop shared enterprise capabilities, including enhanced customer relationship management (CRM) processes, shared account tracking, and standardized sales playbooks to accelerate growth
- Project Management: Serve as the primary project manager for complex, multi-category customer projects. Coordinate across Merchandising, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure large customer jobs are executed smoothly, delivered on time, and fulfilled without friction.

- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
