Position Purpose:

The Pro customer represents a $700 billion market opportunity for The Home Depot. The Office of Pro Acceleration brings together our enterprise teams so we can win more of this business. In this position, the Manager, Office of Pro Acceleration will support and operationalize the analytical foundation and governance required for our cross-selling engine and National Account sales pipeline. Working in close partnership with senior leadership, sales teams, and enterprise analytics, this role helps maintain established forecast models, manage routine pipeline tracking, and turn commercial data into actionable sales insights to support sustainable revenue growth across the Pro ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management & Operational Execution: Maintain, execute, and continuously improve the cross-enterprise Pro sales pipeline based on established standards. Track pipeline health metrics, lead stage progression, and conversion analytics to support accurate forecasting and sales accountability.
  • Commercial & Opportunity Analytics: Analyze customer purchase behaviors, buying trends, and historical cross-sell data to identify high-value white-space opportunities and share-of-wallet expansion targets for top Pro accounts.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting Maintenance: Maintain and refine executive-level reporting tools, sales dashboards, and KPI tracking systems. Provide regular cadenced updates on commercial performance to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • CRM & Tool Optimization: Serve as the day-to-day functional lead for Pro CRM tracking infrastructure. Support senior leadership in identifying process enhancements, partnering with technology teams to refine sales enablement tools and account engagement tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Strategy Execution: Partner with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to translate analytical output into actionable sales playbooks, targeted account strategies, and pitch deliverables in alignment with established commercial strategy.

  • Typically reports to a Sr Manager level
  • This position has no direct reports.

Travel Requirements:

  • Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
