Who we are

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale.

Working at Samsara means you’ll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that’s shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, Equipment Monitoring, and Site Visibility. As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.

About the role:

As an Account Development Representative (ADR) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Samsara’s go-to-market expansion across LATAM and Mexico. As one of our ADR leaders in the region, you’ll lead the continued growth of our organization by managing a high-performing team of eight, while recruiting, developing, and empowering new talent to scale our impact.

This is a hybrid position, open to candidates based in Mexico City or the surrounding metropolitan area.

You should apply if:

  • Want to make a real-world impact: Your work will directly support industries that keep the world running — ensuring operations stay efficient, workers stay safe, and communities thrive.
  • Are motivated by growth: You take ownership of your career and are eager to grow within a company that rewards performance, impact, and leadership.
  • Thrive on connection: You’re energized by leading teams that build meaningful relationships through consistent outreach, averaging 80+ daily customer engagements.
  • Are intellectually curious: You’re eager to understand diverse business models — from logistics and food distribution to waste management — and help your team tailor outreach that drives measurable value.
  • See resilience as your superpower: You view rejection as data, learn from every “no,” and inspire your team to do the same.
  • Value excellence and collaboration: You want to join a high-performance culture where you’ll work alongside ambitious teammates and be challenged to continuously raise the bar.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead the ADR organization as part of the LATAM/Mexico go-to-market leadership team, responsible for hiring, developing, and scaling a world-class pipeline generation engine in the region.
  • Design and implement onboarding and continuous training programs tailored to LATAM/Mexico ADRs across inbound, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on prospecting strategies, sales development best practices, and regional market dynamics.
  • Champion and model Samsara’s cultural principles — Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, and Win as a Team — as we continue to scale globally.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team culture, focused on growth, accountability, and excellence.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably within a SaaS or technology company, including 2+ years leading a quota-carrying ADR/SDR team within the LATAM/Mexico region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in Sales, Business Development, or Management.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must (written and spoken).
  • Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams that consistently exceed goals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar platforms, and the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes within a recurring revenue business model.

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience coaching and training ADRs or AEs within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of regional hiring trends, prospecting tactics, and go-to-market strategies across LATAM/Mexico.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and scaling onboarding and enablement programs for sales development teams.
