Responsibilities
This role will lead the organization/teams responsible for resolving customer facing issues related to risk mitigation practices (compliance, fraud, and financial risks). Your primary focus will be on driving adherence to and improvement within KPIs on the operational interactions necessary to resolve complex risk experience issues. In addition you will be responsible for bringing these experiences to life through qualitative and quantitative storytelling to drive broad awareness and cross functional support for the improvements necessary to provide for improved customer outcomes.
