Job Summary
This job involves managing a team responsible for planning and designing broadband systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications. It oversees project planning and design, ensuring client specifications are met within budget and schedule. It ensures high-quality work that meets all standards.
Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the planning and design of broadband communication systems and supporting the construction and build process
• Managing workflow, overseeing production planning, and controlling material and labor costs
• Monitoring staff and performing quality control inspections to ensure company standards are met
• Assisting in the preparation of capital project proposals and managing expense budgets
• Reviewing and approving invoices, as well as producing financial reports
• Providing accurate documentation and tracking progress with regular project reports
• Collaborating with state and local officials to acquire necessary licenses and ensure project compliance
• Coordinating with vendors on project scheduling and negotiating project terms
• Developing and managing budgets for construction projects and ensuring the implementation of safety and customer satisfaction policies
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
