A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Management Trainee, you will be involved in various aspects of our business operations, from strategic planning, product marketing, project management and branding. You will work closely with senior management and various departments to gain comprehensive insights into our company’s functions and contribute to key projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: A key project / growth initiative goal will be assigned.
- Data Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales) to understand their functions and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Branding: Will be working making company brand more visible through promotional activities
Skills You Bring
- MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexible and open to learning new skills and taking on diverse responsibilities.
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
