NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports directly to the immediate department Supervisor along with the Vice President of Branch Sales and Service. Rotates through the majority of branches and departments in the credit union in order to obtain a solid knowledge base.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or working towards degree is preferred. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
2. Experience leading a team to achieve customer service and sales goals.
3. Must have experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
4. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
5. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with all job-related State and federal laws and regulations.
6. Must be able to adapt to change as the rotation dictates.
7. Must have or attain National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#).
