SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Management Trainee, you'll be part of an 8-month rotational program designed to give you hands-on exposure across business functions and market segments. Through live business projects, cross-functional collaboration, and guidance from experienced professionals, you'll gain valuable industry insights and develop a strong understanding of our business. This program offers an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and build a solid foundation for your professional journey.This position of management trainee is based at Mumbai location.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotational assignments across different business functions and market segments.
- Contribute to live projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business operations and customer needs.
- Analyze information, identify opportunities, and support business decision-making.
- Present project findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Actively engage in learning sessions, reviews, and development activities throughout the program.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Full-time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or related fields, along with a relevant Engineering/Technical degree.
- Open to graduates from the 2023–2026 batches.
