Management Trainee - TZ

Job Responsibilities:
1. Outstanding graduates with bachelor's or master's degrees or above in 2022 and 2023.
2 IT、Majors in finance, mathematics, electronic engineering, Chinese, and related fields.
3. Proficiency in using English and proficiency in Chinese are bonus points.
4. Passionate about the fintech industry, possessing the confidence and intelligence to enter the fintech industry.
5. Priority will be given to those who have won school level or above scholarships, published papers in renowned journals, or participated in key internship projects on campus.
6. Candidates with experience in school management, such as student union officials and class leaders, are preferred.
Job requirements:
1. Senior executives serve as mentors, with one-on-one standard configuration.
2. Tailor a personal growth plan and create a personal IP.
3. Regular training and learning to fully develop individual management skills, team management skills, and professional abilities;
